Hi, you should never ever feel like that! Having anxiety is just something that you have, it is NOT who you ARE!
Have you tried counselling or methods to help you live with anxiety rather then making anxiety your life?

I started using this Video recently to help me fall asleep at night!! It works almost every time, So I thought I would share it with you guys, if any of you have trouble sleeping!!
If It doesn’t put you to sleep, don’t panic, even just lying there and listening to his voice for the 50 minutes is so sooo relaxing!!
He also has videos on overcoming social anxiety on his website, Liberation in Mind.
Hope it helps!

Anonymous said: My best friend who's like an older brother has recently come home from combat. He was deployed for almost a year and I knew he would be different when he came back but I wasn't nearly prepared for how different. I'm doing my absolute best to be supportive and help him but when the PTSD sets in I'm not sure what to do. I have BPD and trying to balance both of us is getting rough. Can you suggest anything? Thank you <3
First, i’d like to say i’m so happy that he’s back safe and sound! Second, i’d like to commemorate you of your efforts of being supportive, as many people wouldn’t try to be, and it’s always difficult when someone has PTSD symptoms, (I suffer from it myself). I’m not sure about giving specifics, since i don’t know exactly how his PTSD manifests, but what you’re currently doing is the best thing. Support him, and ask him what helps him when he starts struggling, so you can help him through it. If he isn’t seeing a professional, i would suggest it to him, as a psychiatrist or psychologist can help him find coping tools and perhaps prescribe medication to help with sleep if he has trouble at night. If things start getting too difficult for you, step back a bit. I know he’s your friend, but don’t forget to take care of you too!

Hi, I’m really sorry to hear that your feeling that way! It can’t be easy, especially if your relationship with your mom isn’t strong.
I have to apologise again now, as I actually don’t know about anywhere you could find help online, however Maggie might have an idea!!
In the mean time, if you wanna talk, you know where we are!! Maybe talking to us can help, I know we are not professionals, but judging by our feedback, we have helped a lot of people these past few months!!
Keep checking to see if Maggie has any ideas about the online thing!
